Our Client is an amazing fashion-based business owned and operated in Australia they are passionate about what they do. This is a fast-paced environment that rewards effort. This role will be a support role to the Sales Account manager an outbound sales role. It is essential you have strong administrative and sales experience to be successful within this role. We offer a competitive salary plus bonuses based on sales targets being met.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Administration support to the National Sales Manager and Sales Representatives.
  • Updating sales data, documents, spreadsheets, and internal database.
  • Contacting and onboarding new wholesale customers.
  • Outbound sales of our stock and essentials labels
  • Responding to wholesale customer queries and liaising with internal teams.
  • Manage the processing of orders via customer portals and internal system.
  • Serve as the key contact to customers when the account managers are travelling or unavailable.
  • Any other sales or administration base tasks as required.

The Ideal candidate will have

  • At least 2 years' experience in the fashion industry.
  • Sales experience within a fashion /apparel environment.
  • Outstanding organisational & communication ability.
  • Photoshop and Illustrator skills.
  • Knowledge of garment construction and the production process.
  • Ability to work with customers at all levels of both discount department stores & specialty fashion chains.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications would be beneficial.
  • Creating customer CADs, storyboards, and mood boards.
  • Costing with offshore suppliers / negotiating costs with factories & customers.
  • Managing orders from development though to costing, fit process, production, and delivery.
  • Managing team members in your department.
  • Attending internal & customer fit sessions.
  • Computer skills including - Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel, Word & Outlook.
  • Strengthening relationships & maximising opportunities with existing clients through exceptional customer service.
  • Meeting sales budgets.
