Job Description

SALES SUPPORT | OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

This role will share general office admin and sales duties, showroom management and marketing support plus entry level PR duties.

Key Task:

  • Retail Sales - Assist in the Outlet Store up to 2 days per week; customer service, stock processing and visual merchandising
  • Office Administration - assist with daily administrative tasks as required
  • Data Entry Abilities - Sales order maintenance in the form of placements, adjustments & confirmations; APN allocation, EDI order management & deliveries; liaison between sales & warehouse
  • Weekly Reporting - Management of 'Available To Sell' Reporting (ATS) & communication with agents
  • Seasonal Collection Recording & Line Sheets - assist in management of all product information aid in preparation & distribution of line sheets in accordance with key selling periods
  • Showroom & Sample Management - ensure samples managed from point of receipt, new collection preparation, showroom management, agent ranges and exit strategies
  • Digital Content & PR - assist in content creation from eCommerce digital, category, product and blog perspective; develop & cultivate relationships with influencers & manage seeding for content
