Job Description

Reporting directly to the National Recruitment Manager, this role is pivotal in the success of this iconic Australian retail brand

  • Fast paced environment working for iconic Australian big box retailer
  • Work closely with senior leaders across the business
  • Lead and drive the recruitment process for designated client groups

Responsibilities

Focus on developing and managing proactive talent pools, process improvement, and developing strong working relationships with all hiring managers

  • Lead and drive the end to end recruitment process
  • Develop strategic sourcing solutions across all areas of the business
  • Establish and maintain candidate pools by effectively building pipelines to support recruitment activity
  • Drive a positive candidate experience throughout the life-cycle of the recruitment process
  • Work on the development of recruitment forms, tools and templates
  • Manage variety of recruitment related projects, as assigned
  • Execution of the recruitment strategy and direction
  • Recruitment reports - weekly, monthly and quarterly
  • Lead the company vision, strategy and values across the organisation
  • Provide coaching and counselling to senior business leaders to effectively support strategic recruitment goals
  • Keep abreast of market trends and demand impacting the company's ability to attract competitive candidates

Qualifications, experience and knowledge required

  • Strong working experience as an internal recruiter for a retail organisation is essential
  • Leading the recruitment process across multiple stakeholders is essential
  • Experience in developing strategic sourcing solutions and building proactive talent pipelines essential
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field prefered
  • Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation required
