We're partnering with a globally recognised, design-led retail brand to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of new store openings and refurbishments across an international remit. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth fashion business known for its premium customer experience, architectural retail environments, and strong team culture.
As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end delivery of retail store projects across key global markets, working closely with an external design studio and internal senior stakeholders. Your remit will include managing programs, budgets, contracts, and timelines from initial brief through to post-opening defect resolution.
This is a hands-on role that requires a strong commercial mindset, a collaborative approach, and a passion for elevating the in-store experience. You'll work across new store rollouts, refurbishments, and maintenance - ensuring the brand's world-class standards are upheld throughout.
Lead global retail store projects from concept through to completion
Collaborate with external design partners and internal stakeholders (Operations, VM, Finance, Legal, IT)
Manage programs, budgets, timelines, contracts, and compliance
Coordinate design sign-offs, construction approvals, and fit-out phases
Own post-opening defect resolution and global maintenance coordination
Maintain accurate documentation, supplier contracts, and store specifications
5+ years of project management experience, ideally in premium or luxury retail
Proven ability to lead cross-border, multi-site store rollouts
Familiar with retail construction processes, landlord approvals, and architectural documentation
Highly organised, methodical, and commercially savvy
Excellent communicator who builds trust across stakeholders and suppliers
Comfortable travelling internationally to support store openings
Degree-qualified in a relevant field (e.g. Construction, Project Management, Architecture)
