Our client is an International Men's fashion apparel company looking to recruit a Social Media Manager! You will be highly organized, motivated and process driven, with amazing attention to detail.

They are seeking a candidate with the ability to think on your feet, making newsworthy content relevant to the brand to maximize exposure!

The Social Media Manager is accountable for the management of all day-to-day activities across all social channels and PR alongside marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be a proactive, transparent and collaborative team player.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Collaborate on Social and PR strategy with Head of marketing & be responsible for implementation
  • Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for social. Analyse social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficiency
  • Build and manage the relationship with Brand Ambassadors, ensuring positive ROI across activity.
  • Together with Head of Marketing develop the marketing calendar with content to support seasonal launches and key trading periods aligning with Key international markets.
  • Content photoshoot production. Assisting with campaign, look book, and video shoot requirements.
  • Review and report weekly and monthly on all post campaign initiatives with a ROI focus, optimising effectiveness through increased traffic and sale results
  • Increase brand awareness, profile & customer database acquisition. Responsible for setting targets and KPI's for each channel ensuring each drives traffic to the website.
  • Collaborate on the strategy alongside channel partners - working together with Wholesale Channel Manager and Head of Marketing
  • Assist with budget tracking and invoicing, working closely with the accounts department

This position requires an applicant with the following skills

  • 3-5 years' experience in a fast paced, fashion retail marketing role
  • Understanding of marketplaces, digital marketing and PR
  • International and USA exposure / experience preferred but not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly, using facts and analysis to support any business case
  • A natural problem solver, with a 'can-do' solution focused attitude, not afraid of a challenge
  • Multi-tasker, able to manage workflow and meet deadlines, autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business working within international time zones
  • Some travel may be required
