Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead a store in providing a consistently memorable shopping experience for VIP clientele, while driving meaningful revenue and positive operating profit. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of customer service and team leadership that align with their luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a store that caters to a VIP clientele, offering luxury apparel and personalised 1-on-1 service. Your experience with luxury brands and handling high-end clientele will be critical in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals.
  • Lead and develop the store team, working closely with the State Manager to achieve sales targets and foster career growth. You will be responsible for recruitment, selection, supervision, and development of staff, ensuring the team meets performance expectations.
  • Achieve store shrinkage goals by establishing and implementing effective loss prevention procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Department Supervisors to establish and maintain high store standards. Ensure all procedures are successfully implemented to reflect the brand's image and character.
  • Provide consistent feedback to buyers and planners, identifying items and merchandise classifications with high sales and profit potential.
  • Work closely with the Buying Divisions and Visual Presentation team to maintain an in-store environment that reflects the brand's luxury image.
  • Direct the execution of promotional strategies and programs, ensuring they align with sales, marketing, and profit objectives.
  • Maintain a leadership role in community and charity events, strengthening the store's presence and connection with the local community.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Retail Management within luxury environments ideally in multi-site concessions.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to manage and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for building and maintaining an environment that reflects a high level of taste and sophistication in line with the brand's lifestyle philosophy.
