This is a TALENT SEARCH for passionate and energetic retail leaders across Melbourne for Store Manager positions! Looking to speak with Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers looking to take that next step in their retail career. Previous experience in apparel is a plus!

Key Responsibilities

The role will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of up to 10 staff. They will be responsible for full store performance, including sales, rosters, budgets, and team management. This role will also help deliver on an elevated level of customer service, ensuring the team and store are delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The Candidate

A successful candidate should possess a positive and energetic personality, willing to lead by example. This is a hands-on role, ensuring that the store is looking its best, the team is performing at its best, to deliver the best customer experience. Previous experience in retail management, and apparel, required.
