Job Description

Our client is seeking Store Manager's across their Sydney stores.

Our client is an established charity with retails stores across Australia, selling clothing and household goods at an affordable price.

Within this role you will be managing a small team and will be responsible for driving the team to reach sales targets, creating a positive atmosphere for both your team and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to develop, mentor and motivate a team of volunteers
  • Conducting staff training & coaching to drive KPI performance
  • Ability to analyse and organise stock to maximise sale opportunities
  • Maintaining VM and store presentation
  • Effectively managing all retail operations within a retail store environment

Skills Required

  • Management experience
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets and KPIs
  • The ability to drive and motivate a team to success
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • High service levels
