What you'll do:
A pivotal role in our Product team with a core focus of assisting the Design and Garment Tech team in areas of Design and Production. This role plays a crucial role and supports the design team in meeting production deadlines and requirements in a timely manner to support company objectives.
Assist the Design and Garment Tech teams across design and production
Create and update tech packs, CADs, fabric and trim details, and fit comments
Support fittings, fabric sourcing, and manage sample and swatch libraries
Oversee range plans, production spreadsheets, and supplier POs
Collaborate with designers, garment techs, and suppliers to ensure timely production
Prepare and log samples for monthly photoshoots and keep product details accurate
What we're looking for:
Experience in a similar fashion role
A degree or qualification in Fashion Design (or related)
Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, and Google Sheets
Knowledge of garment design and construction processes
Highly organised, detail-driven, and confident communicator
Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
