This is a well-regarded and very busy clinic in Caboolture, supported by a strong national group of practices across Queensland. The practice has three doctors (including one high-volume), a permanent receptionist, two part-time nurses, and a new receptionist starting next week. THE ROLE
We're seeking a Practice Manager who can balance leadership with a hands-on approach. In this role, you'll oversee clinic operations while also spending time on the front desk as a receptionist. It's ideal for someone who enjoys being in the thick of things, keeping close to staff and patients while maintaining operational oversight.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing clinic operations and KPIs while also supporting front desk duties
Leading a small team of reception and nursing staff
Handling rostering, staff accountability, and daily operational issues
Building strong relationships with doctors and supporting their practice needs
Creating a positive and well-organised clinic environment

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
5+ years in a similar Practice Manager or senior leadership role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Ability to manage busy clinics and support high-volume doctors
Confident communication and leadership style
Certificate IV in Practice Management preferred but not essential
SALARY
$75,000 - $80,000 + Super (depending on experience)
