The Role

We're looking for a confident, commercially minded Regional Manager to oversee 7-10 NSW stores. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in high-value, solution-focused retail environments. You'll be the bridge between head office strategy and in-store execution, leading Store Managers to consistently deliver sales, service, and operational excellence.

You'll coach, mentor, and inspire your teams, embedding a structured, process-led sales culture that builds customer trust, drives conversions, and maximises revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and support Store Managers to achieve sales targets, operational KPIs, and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Embed a consultative, process-driven sales culture, coaching teams to sell with confidence and commercial awareness.
  • Ensure operational standards, visual merchandising, and showroom excellence are consistently delivered across all stores.
  • Collaborate closely with head office teams to translate strategy into action and optimise regional performance.
  • Regularly visit stores to provide real-time coaching, problem solving, and support, while balancing HQ-based leadership responsibilities.
  • Develop training, succession plans, and career pathways for managers and teams.
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and creativity that reflects the premium, design-led ethos of the brand.

About You

  • Proven multi-site leadership experience, ideally managing 7+ stores, preferably in premium, design-led, or home lifestyle environments.
  • Experienced in consultative, solution-focused sales, selling high-value products with confidence and empathy.
  • Hands-on leader, visible in-store, with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire teams in real time.
  • Strong commercial acumen, using KPIs, sales reports, and insights to make effective decisions.
  • Passionate about design, interiors, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and results-driven in a fast-paced retail environment.
