Content Creator & Community Manager

We're on the hunt for a digitally fluent, culture-driven Content Creator & Community Manager to bring our brand to life across social platforms and build meaningful connections with our community. This role is equal parts creative and strategic-perfect for someone who lives and breathes digital storytelling, thrives on emerging trends, and loves to be both behind and in front of the camera.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Brand Storytelling

  • Create dynamic, engaging, and platform-native content across photo, video, and copy that reflects brand values and campaign narratives.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to concept, plan, and capture content aligned with marketing calendars.

  • Be confident in front of the camera-appearing in Instagram Reels, TikToks, and Stories as a visible and authentic brand presence.

  • Stay across trends and tools to ensure content is elevated, fresh, and optimised for each channel.

  • Support content needs for key brand moments including product launches, events, partnerships, and activations.

  • Analyse content performance and deliver insights to inform future creative direction.

Influencer Marketing & Gifting

  • Assist with the coordination of influencer campaigns-handling outreach, briefs, and relationship management.

  • Manage end-to-end gifting operations including recipient list curation, inventory tracking, shipment coordination, and performance reporting.

  • Develop creative gifting ideas aligned with brand campaigns, seasonal themes, and cultural moments.

  • Monitor and track influencer content, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and capturing assets for repurposing.

  • Report on influencer engagement and gifting ROI to continually optimise the approach.

Community Engagement & Growth

  • Be the digital voice of the brand-actively engaging across platforms via DMs, comments, tags, and mentions.

  • Cultivate a strong, connected community by building relationships with customers, fans, creators, and key cultural voices.

  • Identify and act on trends, conversations, and opportunities to keep the brand culturally relevant and part of the wider dialogue.

What You'll Bring

  • 2-3 years' experience in content creation, influencer marketing, or social media.

  • A strong visual eye and understanding of digital storytelling, brand tone, and content performance.

  • Confidence on camera and a passion for authentic audience engagement.

  • Experience with content creation tools such as Adobe Suite, CapCut, Canva, Later, or Planoly.

  • Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.

  • A genuine love for fashion, fitness, digital culture, and building community.
