ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be the face of the brand - helping customers create beautiful, personalised spaces for their homes. Working in a premium showroom environment, your ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and close big-ticket sales will be key to your success.

This is a full-time position and weekend availability is essential. Roles available in NSW, ACT, SA, VIC & QLD.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver exceptional customer service and tailored advice

• Guide customers through the full sales process, from first consultation to final delivery

• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

• Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards

• Collaborate with your team to hit store KPIs

• Stay informed on new products, promotions, and competitor activity

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 2-3 years of experience in retail or consultative sales (furniture, electronics, automotive or similar preferred)

• Proven ability to close sales and meet targets

• Confident, engaging communication style

• Customer-first mindset and strong attention to detail

• Availability to work weekends (essential)

SALARY

• $60K-$80K base (depending on experience) + Super

• Uncapped commissions - realistic earnings up to $130K per year
